AI Training and Scraping Prohibition - Legal Disclaimer
All content on this website, including but not limited to musical compositions, audio recordings, scores, lyrics, metadata, artwork, sample files, stems, video, text, images, and any derived or associated materials (collectively, the “Content”), is the exclusive intellectual property of Visions TNT Music GmbH & Co. Verlags KG and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright, database rights, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized Use Prohibited

You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, create derivativeworks from, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Content except as expressly authorized in writing by Visions TNT Music GmbH & Co. Verlags KG.

The Content is expressly forbidden to be used for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, validating,benchmarking, or improving any machine learning model, generative AI system, neural network, or anyother artificial intelligence or automated data-processing system ("AI Systems"), whether by automated means (including web scraping, crawling, harvesting, APIs, bots, spiders, or other data-extraction tools) or manual means, without the prior express written permission of Visions TNT Music GmbH & Co. Verlags KG.
Prohibition on Scraping and Automated Access

You are strictly prohibited from accessing, copying, or collecting Content through scraping, crawling, harvesting, or any automated or scripted means (including use of bots, spiders, scrapers, or headless browsers) for any purpose, including but not limited to training or improving AI Systems.

Any automated access or extraction attempts are unauthorized and constitute a material breach of these terms and may also violate criminal and civil laws (including anti-hacking statutes).
Certification and Attribution

Any permitted use of Content (if authorized in writing) must include an explicit, conspicuous attributionas specified by Visions TNT Music GmbH & Co. Verlags KG, and must not be used for the training or improvement of AI Systems in any manner.
Remedies and Injunctive Relief

Unauthorized use, copying, scraping, or use of Content to train AI Systems will constitute infringementand unfair competition and will cause irreparable harm to Visions TNT Music GmbH & Co. Verlags KG for which monetary damages will be inadequate. Accordingly, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, Visions TNT Music GmbH & Co. Verlags KG will be entitled to seek injunctive relief, seizure of derived materials, and anystatutory damages, attorneys’ fees, and costs.
Data Retention and Deletion

If any party inadvertently obtains Content and uses it to train or otherwise incorporate it into an AI System, that party must immediately: (a) cease use of the Content, (b) permanently delete all copies andderivatives of the Content from any model weights, training datasets, or related storage, and (c) certify inwriting within ten (10) business days to Visions TNT Music GmbH & Co. Verlags KG that such deletion has occurred.

Except for any limited license expressly granted in writing by Visions TNT Music GmbH & Co. Verlags KG, no right, title, or interest in or to any Content is granted, implied, or conferred by this notice.

Permission must be granted in a signed writing by an authorized representative of Visions TNT Music GmbH & Co. Verlags KG and may be subject to terms, conditions, and compensation.
Severability and Governing Law

If any provision of this notice is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remainin full force and effect. This notice is governed by the laws of Bavaria, Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Effective Date

This notice is effective as of 01.01.2024 and applies to all Content hosted on this website now and in the future.
